Participant Surveys

If you are a student who has participated in one of the programs Youth Discovery has sponsored, please fill out both of the following surveys. The first is a Post-Program survey – how do you feel now that the program is over, and the second is a Reflective survey – how do you think you felt at the beginning of the program, or how would you feel if you hadn’t participated in the program.
